Board

Lasse Kurkilahti, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lasse Kurkilahti is a highly respected top executive in Finland. He has been the CEO of several Finnish publicly listed companies, including Nokia Renkaat, Raisio Group, Elcoteq, etc. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd., he acted as the CEO of Finnish chemicals giant Kemira Group.

Lasse Musakka, Partner, CEO

Mr. Lasse Musakka has  long experience of executive positions in major Finnish companies providing financial services. He has been seven years member of executive team of Helsinki Stock Exchanges Group and also member of the Board of Stock Exchange  and central Securities Depository. He has worked over 20 years at top management level in various multinational companies having huge experience in IT companies. He has worked with REACH since 2006.

Mathias Berner, Partner, Sales Director

Mr. Mathias Berner holds a Ph.D in chemistry. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd., he worked as the Business Development Manager of KemFine Ltd. KemFine Ltd. is a global fine chemicals company with sales of approx. 120 M€.

Jouni Honkavaara, Partner, CFO and CMO

Mr. Jouni Honkavaara holds a MSc in computer science and an international MBA. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd 1.6.2008, he worked as the CEO of Otaniemi Development ltd. He is responsible for the finance, marketing and administrative functions.

Riku Rinta-Jouppi, Partner, Head of REACH Competence Centre

Mr Riku Rinta-Jouppi is a graduate of Cambridge University. He is broadly recognised as one of the leading legal experts on European chemicals regulation. In addition to his legal qualifications he has been involved in the development of the IUCLID 5 REACH registration system and holds a Masters Degree in Bioinformation Technology. Mr Rinta-Jouppi is Chairman of Helsinki REACH Centre (HRC) REACH Industry Expert Group.

Ying Zhu, Partner, COO

Mrs. Ying Zhu holds a Ph.D in biochemistry and M.Sc. in Economics. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd., she was the co-founder and CFO of a biotechnology company in Finland. She is responsible for the international operations of REACHLaw Ltd.
