With the inclusion of 12 new substances in the REACH Annex XIV, with a latest application date in 2019, more companies are required to start preparing their authorisation applications (AfAs) to be submitted by 2019, if they want to benefit from the transitional arrangements and continue using their substance(s) after the sunset date, even if no decision has been taken yet by the Commission.

The REACH Authorisation list, which will continue to be regularly updated, now contains 43 substances but it is expected that the number of SVHCs included in the AnnexXIV will ultimately grow to around 400 substances

Join our complimentary webinar and learn how to organize your business and start preparing well in advance your Authorisation Application (AfA) to continue using your substance(s) after the sunset date.

Topics to be covered:

  • Useful hints on how to be prepared
  • Considerations for different Authorisation Strategies
  • Conclusions

REACHLaw Speaker: Dr. Ying Zhu, Partner-COO
