BREXIT and the end of the transition period-What UK based companies need to do to maintain access to the EU/EEA market from 1 January 2021
28th of October 2020
Take part in our event!
Right after the UK left the EU, a transition period defined in the Withdrawal Agreement started on the 1st of February 2020 and will continue to apply until the 31st of December 2020. During this period, UK based companies holding EU REACH registrations and authorisations can, depending on their case, take actions to safeguard their EU market access after the transition period ends, starting 1st of January 2021.
We invite UK manufacturers, UK importers and UK subsidiaries acting as Only Representatives (OR) to take part in our webinar. Also, non-EU companies whose EU REACH OR is located in the UK can benefit from this webinar.
Topics to be addressed:
• BREXIT – Where are we today?
• Benefit from the transition period: Key actions for UK based companies to remain EU REACH compliant from 1st January 2021
• Conclusions
• Q&A
