Placing hazardous mixtures on the EU Market?
EU importers and downstream users have been required to notify hazardous mixtures to appointed bodies (i.e., poison centers) using the harmonized format before placing mixtures on the EU market. With the deadlines already passed for industrial, professional, and consumer mixtures, enforcement authorities will begin inspections in January 2025, continuing for six months.
