Attention to all companies affected by UK REACH registration requirements. After a consultation period regarding the proposed measure to extend the UK REACH registration deadlines for transitional registrations – which took place over the summer of 2022 until the 1st of September – it was published as an outcome of this consultation the intention to extend the UK REACH registration deadlines until 2026, 2028 and 2030, depending on substances tonnage band and hazards. However, we would like to emphasize that this outcome is not yet law. It still needs to go through the UK parliamentary process and be agreed upon by the Scottish and Welsh governments before the deadlines in UK REACH legally change to the proposed dates. Therefore, current deadlines still apply.
