Who should attend?

This 1 ½  days seminar is designed for American companies supplying chemicals to the EU/EEA and other markets where “REACH like” regulations are in force. Whether you are a 2018, 2013 or 2010 REACH registrant or dealing with SVHC substances, this seminar will provide you with deep insight on how to comply and manage REACH requirements and post-registration obligations, as well as SVHC related risks. Furthermore, we will share the latest information on how BREXIT may affect UK REACH operations (incl. Only Representation), how REACH impacts the defence industry and how toll manufacturing is treated under REACH, clarifying REACH obligations of the contracting entity and the toll manufacturer.
