Jeehey Song

Dr. Jeehey Song works as a Regulatory Manager at REACHLaw Korea. She has worked as a researcher at a university and government-funded research institute. She has also conducted research related to Korea’s chemical substance managing policy for more than 15 years, particularly participating in the development of an environmental exposure assessment tool under K-REACH.

Dr. Song  has a thorough understanding of the characteristics of various industries through work experience, such as responding to environmental laws and auditing environmental pollution prevention facilities at group companies with various manufacturing industries. She has expertise in K-REACH hazard and risk assessment and has performed K-REACH registration, MSDS preparation, and reporting on behalf of government agencies. To this day, she still serves as an advisor and evaluation committee member for projects ordered by the government.

She speaks Korean and English and holds a doctorate in environmental engineering from Seoul National University.
