Oliver Reiff-Musgrove

Oliver Reiff-Musgrove is a Senior Product Manager at REACHLaw, providing consultancy and project management for REACH-related software development. He has a focus on automated REACH list monitoring and the analysis of large customer substance portfolios, primarily in the space sector, as well as a track record in leading the development of multinational cross-functional software projects.

Oliver has extensive knowledge on REACH-related materials obsolescence risk management, in addition to being a subject matter expert on PFAS and its regulatory developments, particularly covering the EU Universal PFAS restriction proposal. He also has expertise in the use of Artificial Intelligence and spearheads the safe adoption of AI tools.

Oliver holds a BSc (Hons.) in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, as well as an MSc in Software Development from the University of Glasgow. He previously worked as a software developer for the European Space Agency, successfully developing IT tools to support REACH compliance and materials obsolescence risk management, including the integration of ECHA APIs.
