Sibel Kılıç

Sibel works at REACHLaw Turkey as a Director. She holds a Ph.D., in organic chemistry. In her career she worked as a scientist at the university and as a Regulatory Affairs Manager in the textile industry. She has experience in various interdisciplinary scientific and industrial projects for more than 10 years.

Sibel has a deep knowledge on worldwide regulatory standards related to Environmental Health & Safety compliance of chemical products. She is an expert on Chemical Management and Chemical Management System design and implementation. In addition, she has knowledge and understanding of REACH Only Representation and supply chain communication.

Main areas of expertise are EU REACH, KKDIK, Eurasia REACH and other global chemicals regulations.

Sibel speaks Turkish, English and Bulgarian fluently, and she also has a basic knowledge of Russian language.
